Welcome to Sixcore Essentials. These Terms govern your use of this website and purchases from our online store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with the policies referred to below. Nothing in these Terms overrides your mandatory consumer rights.

1. Store and product information

We aim to describe our products, colours, available sizes, materials, prices and offers accurately. Product photographs may be styled or illustrative, but the material characteristics of products must match their descriptions. If a purchased item is significantly different, the remedies in our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law apply.

2. Prices, packs and promotions

Prices are in INR. Listings may offer single items or multipacks, with the price and contents shown before checkout. Promotions may be amended or withdrawn going forward. When you submit an order, the checkout total and the accepted order confirmation apply to that transaction, subject to lawful error correction.

3. Ordering and acceptance

Placing an order is a request to purchase. We may verify orders, contact details, address serviceability and stock before acceptance or dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including suspected fraud, unavailable stock or a material listing error, and will refund any payment received.

4. Payments and delivery

Payment methods, COD eligibility and any payment-related charges are described at checkout and in our Payments & COD Policy. Our Shipping Policy covers fulfilment and delivery. Standard delivery is free across India at serviceable addresses.

5. Returns, exchanges and cancellations

Return eligibility, refund methods, return shipping and cancellation conditions are set out in our Return & Refund Policy and Order Cancellation Policy, which form part of these Terms. All mandatory rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

6. Appropriate use of the website

Please give accurate order details and do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or use the site for unlawful conduct. We may take proportionate action to protect the store and other customers.

7. Intellectual property

The Sixcore Essentials name, site design, text, original product content, graphics and other materials may be protected by intellectual property rights belonging to us or their owners. No right to reuse them commercially is granted without permission, except where the law allows.

8. Third-party services

Our store relies on third-party platforms and services, including Shopify, payment providers and shipping carriers. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply when you interact with them. We remain responsible for our own obligations to you under applicable law.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The website is provided with reasonable care, but interruptions or technical errors may occur. We do not exclude or limit liability where that would be unlawful, including liability for mandatory consumer remedies, misrepresentation or other non-excludable rights. Any lawful limitation applies only to the extent permitted under Indian law.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory rules on consumer jurisdiction and legal rights. We encourage you to contact our support and grievance team first. Nothing here prevents you from using any remedy available under applicable law.
