Payments & COD Policy

1. Currency and pricing

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. The total payable amount, including applicable taxes and any other disclosed charges, is shown before you confirm your order. Promotional prices and multipack offers are valid only as displayed at the time of purchase and are subject to availability and applicable terms.

2. Payment methods

We offer prepaid online payment and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible delivery locations. The methods available are shown at checkout. Availability can vary by delivery PIN code, order value, payment provider or verification checks.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

When you choose COD and the order is accepted, you pay the amount shown on your order confirmation to our authorised delivery representative at the time of delivery. Please check the order amount before paying. Any payment-specific fee, if applicable, is disclosed at checkout. No hidden delivery charge is added.

4. Online payments

Online payments are processed through the payment methods and providers shown at checkout. Your payment details are handled by the payment provider under its own security and privacy processes. Please never share card PINs, one-time passwords (OTPs) or other confidential payment credentials with our support team.

5. Failed or duplicate payments

If a transaction appears to have failed or you suspect a duplicate payment, please contact us with the order or transaction reference. Do not share full card numbers or OTPs. We will review the payment status with the provider and arrange a suitable resolution.

6. Refund methods

Approved prepaid refunds normally go to the original payment method where supported. For approved COD refunds, we may request verified bank or UPI details through our official support process. Refunds follow our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
