Orders and delivery
Is delivery free?
Yes. Delivery is free across India with no standard delivery charge. See our Shipping Policy.
How do I track my order?
When tracking details are available, we send them by email or SMS. You can also visit Track Your Order or contact us with your order number.
Can I cancel my order?
You can request cancellation before the order is dispatched. See our Order Cancellation Policy.
Payment
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, where supported for your PIN code. You can also pay online (prepaid). The options available to you appear at checkout.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. The final total is shown before you confirm your order. Standard delivery is free. Any payment-specific fee, if it ever applies, is disclosed at checkout.
Products and sizes
Which colours are available?
TIGHTER unisex active sports shorts are currently available in black.
How do I find my size?
Use the Size Guide, or type your pant size into the "Find your size" box on the product page. It shows the matching size and whether it is in stock.
Can I order more than one short?
Yes. Choose a 1, 2 or 3-short pack. Every short in a pack comes in the same size you select.
Returns and refunds
Can I return an order?
Returns are available across India subject to our Return & Refund Policy, including the change-of-mind request window and item condition requirements.
My item is damaged or wrong. What do I do?
Contact us with your order number and photos. We will offer a suitable remedy under our policy and applicable law.
How do refunds work?
Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we may use a verified bank account or UPI transfer.
